Do I have to use the shop my insurance company picked?
No. You choose where your vehicle is repaired. We work with most insurance providers and act as an advocate for your vehicle throughout the claim.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
An accurate estimate needs a professional inspection. Collisions often cause hidden structural or frame damage you can’t see, and some repairs also need a wheel alignment. Request your free estimate and we’ll set up a quick inspection.
Where do I find my claim number?
Your insurance company gives you a claim number when you report the accident. If you don’t have it, we’ll contact your insurer and get it for you.
Will I have to pay a deductible?
Your policy sets your deductible. In many cases, if you carry broad coverage and weren’t at fault, the deductible is waived. If it isn’t, you pay it when you pick up your vehicle. Your insurance agent can confirm what applies to you.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on how much damage there is, parts availability and insurance approval. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate and keep you updated.
